Michelle Springer was awarded her PhD from the University of Sydney in 2000 in Social Perspectives in Education. She has researched and taught in Australia, Brazil and Britain for the last 15 years and is committed to improving the lives of young people through education. Michelle has implemented Citizenship and PSHEE in two inner-city London Schools and is currently the Curriculum Leader in charge of Well-Being at Thomas Tallis School. Well-Being is a cross-school initiative and faculty area that is made up of the National Curriculum areas of Citizenship, Personal Well-Being, Economic Well-Being, Financial Capability, Work Related Learning and Religious Education. This is an ambitious project and one that contributes significantly to the life of the school and young people.
